TEAM BIOS:Chandra Moschina
Chandra started her career in Real Estate at the age of 18, she went to work as the administrative assistant for the office manager of leading real estate firm. Learning the backside of the industry was the perfect stepping stone to start working with her Mom.
She took the next few years studying at California State University of Fullerton, to acquire her bachelor's degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising.
When she joined Extreme Estates, she hit the ground running... passed her Real Estate Salesperson exam, started up the marketing campaign, held open houses, and attended seminars and classes to further her knowledge of the business. Working as a family team has its challenges, but is also very rewarding. She coordinates weekly team meetings to discuss business and new ideas to provide superior service for their clients. Her goal is to lead Extreme Estates to be the #1 resource for real estate in coastal Orange County.
